What we collect

Through the group enquiry and contact forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, intended visit date, party size and any dietary requirements you tell us about.

Dietary information — vegetarian, vegan, halal, allergies — is used only so the kitchen can prepare for your visit, and for nothing else.

How it is used

We use what you send to reply to you, arrange your booking, and brief the restaurant. We do not sell or share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary business records. To request deletion, contact head office.

Analytics

We count page views, phone-button taps and directions clicks in aggregate, without identifying individuals. These records contain no name or email address.
